THE new look Hillbilly’s Family Restaurant is now open

It’s business as usual for the new-look Hillbilly’s Family Restaurant in The Square after a period of refurbishment. It’s all part of an exciting new plan to enhance the quality and atmosphere for customers who can now expect the same quality food in a more vintage decor designed to reflect that authentic Deep South and American Diner feel.

It reopened on Friday last and the new interior includes everything from brand new seating, menu boards, and colour schemes; while there’s even plans to expand the menu over the next few weeks so watch this space. Hillbilly’s Family Restaurant has been in Tralee for 10-years during which time it has built up its own customer base.

Ian O’Brien is Design and Marketing Manager with Hillbilly’s Family Restaurant and said everyone is very enthusiastic since the restaurant’s reopening.

“We’re excited about it as our Tralee shop is set in a great area and we’ve had great feedback so far from customers,” he said.

“Hillbilly’s Family Restaurant just seems to fit in great in a town like Tralee where there’s a strong sense of community. The refurbishment works took about ten days in total and we’re now delighted to get things up and running again,” he added.

Look out for more activity in the coming weeks as plans are afoot for an official opening event, while there’s also an important milestone to be celebrated.
