TEMPLEGLANTINE
NATURE WALK
Members of ICA guilds in the Limerick Federation visited Templeglantine on Saturday last for a nature walk along the Great Southern Greenway. The walk was lead by nature guide Albert Nolan. The group assembled at the Halla Inse Bán car park and walked along the bóthairín to the Greenway, stopping along the way to study the flora and fauna. They proceeded eastwards almost as far as Dee’s Bridge before returning and enjoying tea, coffee, scones and a chat at the Devon Inn Hotel.

Daily mass schedule for the week is, Monday 10am, Tuesday Friday 11am Saturday 6pm, Sunday 10.30. The anniversary mass for the late Paddy Larry Murphy, Tade Riordan and Annie Conroy took place on Sunday last. The anniversary mass for Tom and Nora O’Connor, Doonakenna and Willie Pat Kelly, Sugarhill will be celebrated on Saturday next, 6pm. Beannacht Dé ar anamacha na marbh.

COMHALTAS
The last TV programme in the series from Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann was screened on Friday evening last on RTE 1. The local craobh was represented at the annual Comhaltas Comhdháil na Mumhan in Mallow recently. Any member of the local Comhaltas craobh who would be interested in drumming lessons is asked to contact 0879654451.
