‘Kerry Right to Life’ to host spe­cial con­cert in The Fri­ary

KERRY Right to Life are host­ing a very spe­cial con­cert this week­end at The Fri­ary in Kil­lar­ney fea­tur­ing a host of tal­ented mu­si­cians in­clud­ing some from Kerry.

Among those per­form­ing on the night are Maria O’Con­nor from Tralee and Jay­den Lam­cel­lari (Dublin) on cello. They will be joined by Paul Fitzgib­bon, Tralee, on vi­ola, Sor­cha Trant from Kil­lar­ney on harp and So­prano Laura O’Ke­effe also Kil­lar­ney.

Maria has played with the RTÉ Na­tional Sym­phony and Con­cert Or­ches­tras. Paul and Jay­den are mem­bers of the Na­tional Youth Or­ches­tra and will per­form as soloists in Carnegie Hall, New York in June.

Sor­cha is an ac­com­plished harpist and is well known through­out Kerry along with her sis­ters, and Laura O’Ke­effe is in her third year in CIT Cork School of Mu­sic study­ing voice and per­for­mance.

The con­cert takes place this Sun­day, April 15 at 7.30pm. After the con­cert there will be a col­lec­tion for Kerry Right To Life. All are wel­come.
