Killorglin 2 Ballyhar Dynamos 2
IN a good lively game exchanges were relatively even and a draw was probably a fair outcome a the end. Ballyhar went ahead with a Jack Duggan goal but Killorglin equalised just before half time when Stephen O’Loughlan scored from a Dylan O’Neill cross.
Killorglin welcomed back goalkeeper Alex O’Connor who had been on duty with the Kerry U-17s and he made two fine saves but with Killorglin pushing for the win were caught out on the break with Jack Duggan putting Ballyhar ahead in the 80th minute.
With time running out and Ballyhar looking like taking all three points a wonder strike from Killorglin captain Gabriel Griffin with two minutes left on the clock earned the Launesiders a point.
Ballyhar’s best players on the day were Conor O’Sullivan, Patrick O’Connor, Dara O’Donoghue, Harry Doody and Brian O’Driscoll.
