Four week dance and jive class now on offer this month
THE people of Kerry will have the chance to put their best foot forward this month as a four week ‘Dance & Jive’ course starts in Causeway tonight, Wednesday November 7.
Tom Collis, who has over 20 years dancing and teaching experience in dance halls right across Ireland, London and Boston, is the man behind the course and when speaking to
he had a few words of encouragement for anyone thinking of joining the course.
“It’s a four week beginner course. It’s suited for people who have never danced before but who have an interest in getting up at a wedding or a social event and throwing some shapes,” he said.
“You can come on your own or bring a partner and it is suited for people from the age of 17 up. All age groups are welcome on the course,” he continued.
The four week course will cost just €40 and will start in the Stretford End Bar in Causeway tonight, Wednesday.
The classes will run from 8p, to 9:30pm.
