MEK Stars take first win
ONE of the many new teams in the Kerry Schoolgirls League MEK Starz will be delighted to have taken their first win of the campaign. They beat another new side Killarney Athletic 4-0 thanks to goals from Emily Buckley, Kayla Roche and Keeva Riordan.
U-14 GIRLS PREMIER
IN the U-14 Girls Premier Castleisland are one of the newcomers to the Girls League and will be delighted to have gotten their first win in only their third game. Shauna Wilkinson was their hero getting both their goals in a 2-0 win over Fenit. They had big performances from Jessica McGibney and Ciara O’Sullivan.
Inter Kenmare move to the top of the table with their third win from three. Goals from Grace Roberts White, Tara Desmond, Grace Foley and Orla O’Brien gave them the win over Listowel Celtic. Ciara Henderson and Ella Buckley scored for the north Kerry girls.
