Cllr calls for property marker

A PROPERTY-marking service could act as a deterrent to thefts and could help the Gardaí in returning recovered stolen items to their rightful owners.

That’s according to Cllr Michael Cahill, who has called on Kerry County Council to acquire a property-marking machine.

Cllr Cahill said the people of Kerry would by into the scheme and that it had been a great success in other counties such as Sligo.
