CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations to St. Senan’s on winning the North Kerry Championship for the first time in the Club’s history! Well done to a valiant Ballydonoghue who kept it a close game throughout. As always,
Moyvane GAA did the parish proud making sure the pitch was in top class order and providing much appreciated half time refreshments for the commentators and match officials. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped out on the day - the gate collectors, stewards, parking management, etc.
It was lovely to see such a great crowd in Moyvane and a wonderful compliment to have the victorious team start their celebrations in the village before returning to their own parish.

would like to extend a sincere Thank you to everyone involved in our LipSkit fundraising event last Saturday week. The community centre was transformed into a venue compared to The Rose Dome , with the help of D&D Sound and Lighting and Pat O’ Sullivan draping. It set the scene for a night filled of excitement, enjoyment and entertainment. We would like to thank all our sponsors for their continued support, without you this would not have been possible. To the participants, thank you all for your time and dedication and to your families for loaning you to us for the past six weeks!
Cassie Leen and Ciara Powell, our dance teachers, you taught people how to move in ways they never knew they could and we will always have a warm welcome in Moyvane for you both, forever more. To all who helped out on the night, from bar staff to front of house, cleaners and glass collectors, we could not have done it without you. Finally, to you, the people of Moyvane and beyond, it’s an event like this, that goes to show rural Ireland is alive and kicking and it is you that put the fun into fundraiser and the unity into community. So, thank you for supporting our acts and for making Moyvane the place to be of a rainy night in December! And dare I say it, I hope to see ye all there again next year. LIPSKIT DVD’S ON SALE:
Thanks to Tom Hanafin of Kingdom Videos, you can relive our LipSkit event on DVD. DVD can be ordered in Holly’s Gala or Kennelly’s Hardware. They are €10 each and must be prepaid by December 14th. They will be available for collection from Wednesday the 19th, just in time to make a great Christmas stocking filler!DVD Launch night will take place in Speedy’s Bar on Saturday December 15th at 7.30pm, all welcome!

MURHUR N.S.
The School Christmas Concert will take place on Wednesday, December 19, from 7.00pm - 9.00pm in the Marian Hall. Tickets will include entry to the concert and a special door prize. There will be a sweet shop and a raffle at the intermission. The event is a fundraiser for Murhur N.S. - please support!! many It behoves us all to always drive with care and have due consideration for the safety of others as well as our own safety. They say accidents don’t happen- they are caused, and speed kills!
COISTE NA NOG AGM
The AGM of Scartaglen Coiste na nOg Club will be held in the Clubhouse on Monday night next December 17th at 8pm. All involved in Cosite na nOg are invited to attend.
