The plan for the newly rurbished restaurant is to build on previous successes including a recommendation from John McKenna’s Bridgestone Guide and winning the Moreau Chablis Fish Dish Award.

New to the team at Kayne’s is Thomas Lowther who is the new Bar & Brasserie Manager who will be bringing with him a wealth of hospitality experience; he said that he is looking forward to the new challenges that lie ahead and he will be ably supported throughout by Operations Manager Michael Talbot, Supervisors Stephen Carey and Karen Murphy and company.
