Waterville singer Clare on the lookout for help with new album

WATERVILLE native and current Ballinskelligs resident Clare Horgan is currently on the fundraising trail for her latest project - a definitive collection of songs from South Kerry.

“Everyone is always coming up to me asking me where is the album of songs from South Kerry and I would just like to say that negotiations are currently underway to help secure funding for the album which will contain the traditional songs of Iveragh, in both Irish and English” she said to the The Kerryman on Friday.

“It would be wonderful if it was ready for the time for my next tour in May. Anyone who is possibly interested in helping me with the album can get in touch with me through my website,” she finished.
