BALLYBUNION SEA AND CLIFF RESCUE
Lorenzo and Amanda Cubeddu, Inch, thank Cormac and Elaine and staff of Supervalu, Ballybunion, for their fundraising for Ballybunion Sea and Cliff Rescue. (Cormac and Elaine matched the amount raised by the staff). Lorenzo was overwhelmed by the support shown by everyone after recent events, when he was blown off course while surfing off the coast of Ballybunion. Presentation will take place shortly.

The annual Ballydonoghue Community Games Awards and Registration takes place tomorrow, Thursday, December 20th at The Thatch. Time: 7pm.

RIL DEAL TG4/ 1978 CHRISTMAS THEN AND NOW
Ballydonoghue CCE will feature on TG4 An Ril Deal on Sunday night next, December 23rd at 8.30pm. This will be shown at The Thatch followed by the original 1978 recording of John B Keane’s Christmas Then and Now. Everybody welcome. The families of those who feature in the recording are especially welcome. BPM:The Parish Magazine committee wish everybody a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year. The Magazine is on sale in all the usual outlets in North Kerry.

DEATH
The death has occurred of Pat (Patricia) Carr, New York and formerly Kilgarvan, Lisselton., daughter to the late Timothy (Tade) and Catherine. Sympathy is extended to her sisters, Catherine O’Connor, Coolkeragh, Mary Hutch, London, Helen Durnin, San Francisco, brother, Mike, San Francisco, to the Carr families, Ballybunion, Kilgarvan, Craughdarrig, Asdee and Tralee, Karim family, Tralee and Ballybunion, Hayes family, Glouria and and to her extended family. She was predeceased by her brother, Timmy (Kilgarvan) and her sister, Margaret Egan, San Francisco. May she rest in peace.
