There was no winner of the 16th December lotto jackpot of €2600 the numbers drawn were 3,4,13,23.

The €35 was won by Breda & Margaret Listowel and the €20 was won by M Keane, Knocknagoshel.

The four sets of free tickets for €2750 lotto jackpot next week were won by Mike Hussey, Mag Julie & Ester, Niamh Nolan and Liz Lawlor. The whiskey was won by Pat Carmody and the voucher by Maurice Curtin. The fourth name out for the Special Christmas Draw was won by B O’Connor, Templeglantine.

The Christmas draw will take place on this coming Saturday night 22nd December in Roches Bar.

MONSTERHAMPERS

One week to go to be in with a chance of winning a monster Hamper Lyreacrompane Community Development are holding their Annual Christmas Hamper Draw this year in aid of Lyreacrompane National School. 1st prize hamper value €200 and 2nd prize hamper value €100. Tickets are €5 per strip available now at Nolan’s Post Office and Roche’s Bar. The draw will take place on Saturday 22nd December at the Lotto Christmas Party.

WEDDING

Congratulations to Lorraine O’Hanlon daughter of Pat and Nora, Mountcoal and Daniel O’Donoghue, son of Christy and Mary, Lyreacrompane who were married recently in the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Rathea

The ceremony was officated by Fr Mossie Brick. Bestman was Padraig O’Donoghue and groomsmen were Mike Walsh, Jason Carmody and Tom Mc Namara. Bridesmaid were Regina O’Hanlon, Patricia O’Hanlon, Sinead Dillon and Clodagh Kissane. Flowergirls were Meadb and Faye Culhane, Lucy Kissane, Sadie & Abby Heffernan. Pageboys were Owen Punty and Liam Heffernan. The reception was held in the Ballyseedy Castle Hotel, the couple will reside in Mountcoal.
