LAST MAN STANDING

Scoil Bhreac Chluain are running a last man standing competitio­n for the national football league. Closing date for entries is January 25th. Following the AGM the Senior Board Officers will continue in their roles for 2019, Chairman Paudie Moriarty; Secretary Mairead Clifford, Treasurers James McCarthy and Shane Foley and PRO Elaine Barry. DRUMMING CLASSES

5 week drumming class starting on the 14th of January. Beginners: 6:30-7:45 Intermedia­te/ advanced: 7:45-9:15 cost: €50 for 5 classes. Drums provided. We use west African drums (Djembe, Dundouns.. as well as conga’s, snare, best and shakers..) Beginners class: Technique, rhythm exercises and rhythms from west Africa and Brazil. JESSIE’S DEPARTURE
