Ardfert Community Centre and everyone is welcome to join in these sessions which are ideal for beginners as well as advanced levels. Ursula Barrett is delivering this programme.

Schools are reminded that the St Brendan’s AC area primary schools indoor sports will be held on Wednesday, January 30th at 6pm in Causeway hall.

Athletes from the club took part in a variety of events in a variety of areas last week including the annual new year’s day road race in Beaufort, the Kerry Hospice fundraiser in Tralee and two Tralee adult parkruns in a week. A special mention goes to Conor O’Sullivan and Ben O’Connor who achieved Ultra Marathon status for completing 50 junior parkruns and Alex O’Carroll who got his Half Marathon wristband for completing 11 junior parkruns.

MARRIAGE

took place recently of Mary Barry of Listowel and Richard Horgan of Kilmorna. Clare McDonnell of Listowel and Damien O’ Flynn of Moyvane, got married on Christmas Eve.

GAA MEMBERSHIP

2019 membership is now due and can be given to Niamh Núnáin who is the Club Registrar and Membership Officer, or to any club officer. Membership is €30, per person, €50 for a couple, €20 for players who pay by January 31st.

COISTE NA NÓG AGM

The AGM of Coiste na nÓg Lios Póil will take place on Wednesday January 16th at 8pm in Halla John L Ó Súilleabháin.

31 Card drive in aid of Coiste na nÓg Lios Póil will take place on Sunday January 20th in O’Sullivan’s Pub, beginning at 6pm. Tables of 8.
