IAM Sold Property Auctions announce 2019 online and public auction dates
PROPERTY auction specialists IAM Sold, who run auction events nationwide, are delighted to announce over 30 online and public auction dates for 2019. Over the past 12 months the company, who run The Munster, Leinster and Connacht Property Auction, have dedicated large amounts of time and resources to improving their online bidding technology with the aim being to continue improving the auction experience for both buyers and sellers in Ireland.
Patrick Convey, company director noted: “Our service is aimed at making auction accessible to all types of properties from normal residential homes to commercial assets and land sales. We are now the largest auction provider in Ireland and the UK with over 3000 assets sold this year. Our online auction service is a key part of our business strategy and the area we are continuing to see the most growth in over the last number of years.”
In 2019, the company will offer more dates and have fixed monthly dates where there will be either multi lot auctions taking place online or at one of their public auction events. The exposure the auction properties receive is huge and this can only help in finding the right buyers for the properties on offer.
Mr. Convey continued: “over the last number of years we have gone from strength to strength and with 2018 being our busiest year to date, we are very proud to have achieved over a 90% success rate throughout the year and the success of our auctions is down to the large marketing campaign we undertake in Ireland and abroad while also working in close partnership with over 200 local auctioneers.”
He added: “This combination of both access to the local buying pool and the broader reach of the auction ensures we have the best chance of finding buyers for the properties we offer. We are the only auction company in Ireland who do not have any entry or marketing fees to enter a property into auction, so the pressure is on us to ensure we get results for our clients.”

Connacht - January 31st (online) & February 21st (public)
Munster - February 7th (online) & February 28th (public)
Leinster - February 14th (online) & March 7th (public)
