STORM FESTIVAL

We would like to THANK YOU all who attended the Storm Festival Dinner. It was good to see all our regular supporters and especially to see new faces. These events and activities put on by the Community Council are our way of supporting projects for the good of the parish as a whole. The monies stay within the community. A special thanks to, Martha Farrell, Susan Vickers and Louise Overy for presenting a program about sea changes around the Maharees including the whole north side of the peninsula and what we can do to become more actively involved. There was a lively question and answer period which followed.

And very many thanks to everyone who cooked and donated such delicious food and who helped to serve it: Sheila Rohan, Marilyn Spillane, Bernadette Bohan, Shirley Copeland, Eileen Dowling, Noreen Lynch, Nora Walsh, Fionnuala Fitzgerald and Caroline Boland from DPTA. They did Trojan work, some at the last minute. Marcia Ganter, Castlegregory Community Council
