Sinn Féin no confidence motion is yet another opportunistic stunt
SIR,
W ith Sinn Féin again playing politics with the threat of yet another opportunistic no confidence motion – this one in relation to the Temple Street affair – they have ended up with much egg on their faces.
Following their extraordinary decision to send representatives to attend the inauguration of the highly controversial President of Venezuela, their continued refusal to send MPs to Westminster to take part in votes that may have serious and possibly disastrous effects on the economy of this country, and their part in bringing down the Government in the North, it is difficult to see them being fit to be a partner to any other political party in Government in this country, now or in the foreseeable future, Sincerely,
Michael O’Connell, Cleveragh, Listowel
