Celtic Green make it six from six

GIRLS LEAGUE Under 14

KILLARNEY Celtic Green side made it six wins from six in the Premier, but were pushed all the way in the first half by Camp Juniors.

The Killarney girls only led 1-0 at the break but pulled away in the second half.

Their goal scorers Aideen O’Brien with five and Tirana Murphy (2) were the difference between the sides. Sophie O’Connor got the goal for Camp Juniors.

Under 16

INTER Kenmare girls team scored twice in the second half to record a hard fought 2-0 win over Fenit.

It sees Inter go level with Killarney Athletic in second place and just three points behind leaders Listowel Celtic. Chloe Cremin and Grace Roberts Whyte got the Inter goals.
