CG Killarney won the local derby and in the process opened up a six points lead at the top of the table.

They had to work hard for their victory but they had the extra bit of finesse and quality which enabled them secure the three points. James McCarrick (two) and John Foley scored for the winners with assists from Joe Donovan (two) and Steve Hayes.

Best for the winners were Tadhg Fleming, Mike Murphy and Gary Cassidy.
