Division 4 Mixed League: Moyvane defeated Causeway 6-1. Team: Breda Lane, Louise Behan, Michelle Corridan, Marie Kennelly, Brian Kiely, Liam O Connor, Padraig Kearney and Barry O Callaghan. Division 5 Ladies League: Moyvane A defeated Killarney 4-0. Team: Eva Browne, Charlotte Quinn, Trish Nolan and Michelle Woods. Moyvane B team were defeated by Listowel. Team: Fiona Buckley, Aoife Curtin, Rebecca Curran and Eileen Roche. Division 5 Men’s League: Causeway defeated Moyvane 5 sets to 4. Team: Radek Choromanski, Dan Browne, Micheal Nolan and Greg Horan. The Division2 & 4 Singles Championships were held in The Aura Sports Complex, Killarney on Friday night and though there weren’t any winners from Moyvane, players contested three Finals. Division 2 Ladies finalist was Saorcha Fitzgerald, Mens finalist was Timmy Noonan, In the Ladies Division 4, Breda Lane was finalist and in the Men’s Division 4 Plate Brian Kiely contested the final.
Club members are reminded to get Raffle cards in next Wednesday at the latest as the draw takes place at The Division1, 3 and 5 Doubles Championships in Killarney on Friday night.
