Dromclough National School pupils Shane Browne, Jodie Keane, Noah Foley and Ciara Fallon taking part in the Kerry Science Teachers’ Association primary quiz at the Institute of Technology Tralee south campus on Thursday in what was a brilliant show of scientific knowledge by hundreds of pupils from across North Kerry.
THE Kerry Science Teachers’ Association primary Science quiz in the IT Tralee saw an impressive show of scientific knowledge from all students involved.
A range of schools from all over Kerry took part and there was a great atmosphere at the event.
There were some very high scores from the teams, and it was clear that a lot of work had gone into preparing the students for the big day.
The high standard observed by the correctors demonstrates how well all their hard work paid off in the end, and it was great to see so much enthusiasm from all the teams.
A tie-break finish made for an exciting end to the day, and some fantastic prizes were on offer for the victorious teams.
