It is mainly a correspond­ence role as there are two people acting as fixtures coordinato­rs.

GREAT WORK

Great work being carried out throughout Annascaul Village with the plantining of 50 native briar roses in various places like Patcheens stone cottage, the entrance of the Derrygorma­n road, and in front of O’Sullivans garage. Also the planting of native Hawthorn trees along the hedgerow on the Dingle way, Maum road thank you Delores and Bobby Ferriter for your kind permission. We have planted an apple orchard in Annascaul. They are organic heritage apple trees.Thank you Eir for the permission. We have been planting 65 native trees outside Annascaul Graveyard and planted trees on Lios Na gCraobh. Oaks, Mountain Ash, Hornbeams, Holly, Junipers, Hawthorns and Birch are just some of the varieties.

LISPOLE COMMUNITY GAMES

Congratula­tions to our boys and girls u15 badminton teams who both came second in the Community Games competitio­n in Moyvane. Congratula­tions to Rúadhán Donovan who came 2nd place and Cathal Donovan who came 2nd place and his badminton partner at the Listowel Tournament. Well done to all of you and also a huge thank you to Mary Falvey and Billy Lacey for all the coaching.
