KILMOYLEY HURLING CLUB

Our juvenile club was busy again this week with our young hurlers helping them with coaching drills. Coaches prepared hurling skills videos for the various age groups and were sent to the parents through various social media options. The players made the most of the wonderful weather during the week to practice and when their hurling skills were finely tuned, they recorded their own videos for the club’s facebook page. There was a fantastic response with over 60 video clips submitted for players from age 4 to 16 with a trampoline even being used.

A draw was held for all those players with the prize of a Shane Brick hurley on offer and the winner was Mikey Corridon.

Congratulations to Mikey and well done to everyone involved. There will be further news this week of more hurling skills, videos and prizes for our players so keep hurling safely.
