What is your earliest sporting memory?

It would be Causeway winning the County Championship in 1998. I don’t remember the match, the only thing I remember is John Canty’s truck coming down the main street in Causeway with the team coming down the back of it. That’d be the earliest one.

Who was your sporting hero growing up?

John Mike Dooley.

What would be your go-to TV sport?

It’d be hurling, but at the moment I’ve been watching the Michael Jordan documentary. I’ve been into basketball recently so, NBA.

Outside of hurling what’s your favourite sport?

Rugby definitely, number 1.

If you could go to any sporting event in the world what one would you choose?

I’d have to say the Rugby World Cup Final with All Blacks.

What music are you into?

I’m actually into rap. I’d be into a few now, Drake at the moment.

What TV are you into?

I watch a mix of everything. Narcos, a lot of true crime documentaries as well. I’d obviously be interested in that from the Garda side of things.

What’s your favourite movie?

Off the top of my head, Step Brothers with Will Ferrell and John C Reilly would definitely be up there!
