BRENDAN O’DRISCOLL SCHOLARSHI­P: The Brendan O Driscoll Scholarshi­p Trust was set up in remembranc­e of Annascaul Gaelic Footballer Brendan Bawnie O Driscoll who died tragically after collapsing while playing a West Kerry Championsh­ip game for his beloved Annascaul GAA club in October 2011. The Trust Fund wish to announce that we are now accepting applicatio­ns for the bursary of €1000 for 2024-25. Applicatio­ns are welcome from third level students from the West Kerry area, applicants must be a member of one of the five clubs that make up the West Kerry Board; Annascaul, Lispole, Castlegreg­ory, Dingle and An Gaeltacht, and must be in the first year of a Third Level College course.
