MEN'S SHEDS

A most enjoyable night was had by all who attended The Red Fox on Friday 21st. Music was provided by TR Dallas. The Men's Shed Choir also performed and were well received Our thanks to John, Olive,Tim and all the helpful staff who provided a great night. We would like to thank all who supported us this year to get up and running and woul like to wish all our members and supporters a very Happy NewYear

Men's Sheds Choir Visited fourteen hostelries on Saturday 22nd and sang some carols at each venue. We collected the sum of @1260, which will be distribute­d equally to Killorglin Vincent de Paul, Killorglin Mental Health,and Killorglin Hospice. We wish to thank all who contribute­d so generously to these very worthy Charites.

KILLORGLIN POOL LEAGUE

In associatio­n with Barber by Sean Taaffe, is now at the half way point. This season is too close to call, with both groups heating up nicely. In group 1,Falveys, Pauds, Sheahans "A" and The Kingdom are all fighting for the top two spots, while in Group 2, last years winner Sheahans " B" look to be flying, with The Forge, Kingstons, O Sheas and The Fishery looking to secure their spot in the semis. Here are last weeks results,, Group. I. The Kingdom 3-6 Sheahans A" Group 2. Kingstons 4-5 The Forge, and O Sheas 5-4 Team Dave.
