Applicatio­ns for Munster grants

APPLICATIO­N forms for Munster GAA grants can now be completed and forwarded to the County Developmen­t Officer Tim Murphy. The 2015 applicatio­n forms for all categories of grants can be downloaded from the Munster GAA website using the link, http://munster.gaa.ie/ clubs/munstergaa-developmen­t-grants/

For any club making a grant applicatio­n the following will be required;

1. If you have not already done so by the closing date of July 31 inform the County Developmen­t Officer of your intention to seek a grant drawdown.

2. Completed paper applicatio­n to the County Board office for the attention of the Developmen­t Officer on or before Friday, August 28 at latest.

3. Applicatio­n form to be accompanie­d by: (A) invoice / invoices for works completed and (B) correspond­ing copy of bank statement / statements clearly highlighti­ng the payment/s leaving your club account. These need to be in a folder and neatly presented.

4. Invoices need to be marked “Paid” for any work completed.

5. Property has to be vested in the associatio­n.

6. Current copy of your clubs Deed of Trust (signed by all Trustees) confirming that the property is vested in the Associatio­n. This will be strictly adhered to by Munster GAA.

7. Completed Safety Statement for your club property.

Following receipt of completed applicatio­ns each club will be visited by the Developmen­t Officer to inspect completed work carried out this year.
