Munster final and All-Ireland semi-final wins in handball

KERRY handball is celebratin­g another Munster title with the Glenbeigh pair of Jack O’Shea and Rory O’Connor being crowned the Munster 40x20 Junior A Doubles champion. They beat Cork’s Ciaran Buckley and Ryan Harkin 21-10, 21-3.

There was further success for Jack O’Shea as he won his Junior A All Ireland singles semi-final. He beat Denis Creaton from Roscommon 21-5, 21-15. In the final he will play Gaelon Riordan from Wexford next weekend.

Also through to another All Ireland final is Dominic Lynch as he beat Mayo’s Vinny Moran in the last 4 of the 40X20 Master A Singles. He will meet Sean Divine of Antrim in the decider. Both games will be played in Kingscourt in County Cavan.

The Munster u13 Singles final will see Darragh Lynch taking on Michael Callaghan from Clare on Monday March 19th with the venue to be confirmed.
