Reen’s Rathmore crowned Peugeot Dealer of the Year for second consecutive year

FOR the second consecutive year, Reen’s Rathmore, Main Peugeot Dealer for County Kerry, has been crowned Peugeot Dealers of the Year.

The presentation was made to Dealer Principals, John and Tim Reen, at the annual Peugeot Dealer Conference at the Castleknock Hotel, Dublin.

Des Cannon, Managing Director at Gowan Distributors Limited, Peugeot Importers in Ireland, said: “It came as no surprise to me when we collated performance indicators from Administration, Sales, Parts and Service, to arrive at the winner of this year’s Peugeot Dealer of the Year title, that Reen’s Rathmore were top of the league table.

“The Reen family have demonstrated continued drive and energy, to ensure their customers are king, bringing the Peugeot brand to new heights in the Kingdom of Kerry. I congratulate them on another incredible performance in 2018.”

Tim Reen, Dealer Principal, said: “Whilst I am simply overwhelmed with this award, the second in a row, I recognise my team’s strength at Reen’s Rathmore and I am immensely proud of our performance again in 2018, across all facets of the business.

“I thank each and every customer who came through our door this year, without whom we would not be celebrating this award and we very much look forward to next year, with confidence.”

The family-run business in Rathmore was first established by brothers John, Vincent and Donie Reen. Appointed Main Peugeot Dealers in 1987, the business grew to new heights in 2005 when a new state-of-theart showroom was opened on the existing site in Rathmore.

The showroom underwent a refresh in 2018, adopting the new Peugeot corporate identity and external signage.

Increasingly recognised in their locality for their outstanding customer service, the family have a strong ethos of always putting the customer first.

No stranger to awards, Reen’s Rathmore was Peugeot Dealer of the Year in 2006, 2015 and 2017, before clinching the title again for 2018 for the second consecutive year in a row.
