WOMEN’S MUNSTER LEAGUE Tralee 29 Thurles 5

TRALEE ladies continued on their winning ways when they comprehensively accounted for second placed Thurles at O’Dowd Park last Sunday.

It was easily Tralee’s toughest game of their league campaign so far, but the manner in which they secured victory makes it look highly unlikely that any team will live with them in the Munster League this season.

Tralee’s try scorers were Noreen Murphy, Muirne Wall, Irene Dillane and Ashley Sheehy, whilst Laoise O’Driscoll slotted over three penalties and a conversion. Tralee continue to sit proudly at the top of the table on 29 points after six wins out of six games.
