Killorglin History & Folklore Society continues its autumn lecture series with ‘Lore & Legends of the MacGillycuddy’s Reeks’, an illustrated talk with song and music. This will be given by Thomas O’Sullivan and is set for Friday 9th November at 8pm in the KCYMS Mini-Theatre. All welcome.
PIPE BAND QUIZ NIGHT
A table quiz night will be held on Friday November 16th in the Manor Inn @8.30pm 40 euro per table of 4. Spot Prizes, Raffle and Finger food. All welcome
GRAND VARIETY CONCERT
Good luck to all those involved in this week’s Grand Variety Concert being held at the CYMS on Thursday 8th November @ 8pm.
SHORT MAT BOWLING
A game that everyone can play- regardless of age, gender or experience!
Come along to the GAA grounds in Glenbeigh every Thursday from 1.45 -- 4pm. All equipment provided, hot drinks and great fun for all!
Or you can join us at the Killorglin Sports Centre every Tuesday from 1.30-3.30pm -- beginners welcome at both clubs!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
If you have a spare hour around midday on any day of the week, you could help us help others in the community by delivering Meals on Wheels. Bingo takes place in the CYMS every Sunday at 8.30pm. Jackpot €1,500.
Pilates in CYMS every Monday and Friday morning 9.30 to 10.30. Wednesday Eve 7-8pm Snooker in the CYMS Hall daily 10 to 10 Monday- Saturday Women 2000: 10.30 am -12.30 am Tuesdays.
