An Riocht Health & Leisure Club is a step ahead of 2019

THE team at An Riocht Health and Leisure Club are always off to a flyer at Christmas. The annual Rudolph Run 5k takes place on Sunday, December 9 at 11am. This is always a fun event with a firm festive feel making it a perfect family day out.

On Christmas Day An Riocht will host it’s ‘Go a Mile’ event for GOAL. It’s a great opportunity to stay active on Christmas morning. Don’t forget to pop along to the track for a run or walk. You can donate, if you wish, to GOAL. Contact An Riocht for details.

Christmas is also a good time to start preparing for a new year/new you philosophy. People already have one eye fixed on January and the promise of losing those holiday pounds and getting in shape for a new year. An Riocht is always a step ahead in this regard and they are offering their Mega Deal membership sale on December 12.
