Don’t miss the New Year’s Eve firework display in Denny Street

-

WHILE it’s natural to expect the New Year’s Eve entertainment to focus on the countdown to midnight, it’s good to know the organisers of Christmas events in Tralee believe people of all ages should get to welcome 2019 to Tralee.

The New Year’s Eve Firework Display takes place at 7pm on Denny Street, Monday, December 31 giving families and partygoers a rare opportunity to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the capital at an earlier time.

The temperatures won’t be quite on a par with the last time a firework display was seen at the Rose of Tralee festival in August. But this is easily resolved by wrapping up well and getting out there to enjoy some mid-winter illuminations over Tralee.

The atmosphere is always electric and it’s the perfect event to start your New Year’s celebrations in Tralee. Big crowds are expected in Denny Street so people are advised to arrive early.
