PUBLIC support is a necessary requirement if a community’s plans and aspirations are to be realised. The start of a new year is always one of promise and it’s usually the best time to iron out the ideas, suggestions and plans you have for the overall improvement of your community. The Farranfore Development Association relies on the input it receives from people within the community so it can lobby and make representation on Farranfores behalf. For example. Public submissions were made to the Council as part of the Local Area Development Plan & Review of speed limits.
The message for the year ahead is that your support, in whatever way possible, is greatly appreciated.
“We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the councillors and the staff of the Killarney MD for their assistance and support over the last number of years. After the 2019 local elections, Farranfore will be in the new Castleisland Municipal District Area. It’s important for us to maintain our vision into the future.
Lastly, on behalf of everyone associated with Farranfore Development Association we would like to wish you a happy Christmas and peaseful 2019,” said Dan Ahern, Secretary of Farranfore Development Association.
