DEATHS

The death has taken place of Elizabeth Griffin (nee Brosnan), Killeen and late of Tullig, Castleisland. Deepest sympathy is extended to her husband, family, extended family, neighbours and many friends. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

The death also occurred of Bridie McCarthy, Moyvane. Deepest sympathy is extended to her family, her daughter Mrs O’Sullivan and extended family and friends. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

The death occurred of Miriam Daly Fitzgerald, Castleisland and late of Abbeyfeale. Deepest sympathy is extended to her family, three lovely boys, husband, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Mary Culloty O’Sullivan presents Christmas Melodies, an evening of Christmas carols and poetry with guests ‘Finding your Voice’, ladies singers on Friday, Dec 14 at 7.30pm in the Parish Centgre at the Church of the Resurrection, Park Road, Killarney. Donations for Living Links Suicide Charity.

The organisation that supports bereaved parents is holding a Parent Evening on Tuesday, Dec 11 at 7.20pm in Recovery Haven, Haigs Tce, Tralee.

CURROW GAA AGM

The AGM was deferred to Friday night next, Dec 14 at 7.30pm in the clubrooms. All players and members are asked to attend.

fundraising raffle will take place on Thursday, Dec 20 at 1.30pm. Ticketes €2 each and 3 for €5 which are available from the school office and local businesses.

MOSS KEANE MEMORIAL GOLF CHALLENGE Parish Open Golf competition 2018 is on Friday, Dec 28 at Killarney golf Club on the O’Mahony’s Point course. The tee is reserved from 9-11.30am. Pieta House is the chosen charity this year. You can support Pieta House by buying tickets for hampers which are on sale locally.
