Revamped Kayne’s opens up its doors
FOLLOWING a major refurbishment, Kayne’s on the Muckross Road will on being Killarney’s Best Bar & casual dining experience.
The hugely popular Killarney eatery re-opened on at the start of the month December 1 with a brand new look and vibe and exciting new menu and under the new name of Kayne’s Bar & Brasserie.
The investment by the Randles Family in themuch loved Bar & Brasserie has gone a long way in helping to give the bar’s interior an exciting new colour scheme offering tones of olive green, rustic blue, brown & brass, all enhanced with atmospheric lighting moods and a new sound system.
Opened in 2000, Kayne’s has grown to be one of Killarney’s best dining experiences and the culinary team under their new guidance id Executive Chef Cyrille Durand, use the freshest of local produce to create mouth-watering dishes for you to savour.
The plan for the newly rurbished restaurant is to build on previous successes including a recommendation from John McKenna’s Bridgestone Guide and winning the Moreau Chablis Fish Dish Award.
New to the team at Kayne’s is Thomas Lowther who is the new Bar & Brasserie Manager who will be bringing with him a wealth of hospitality experience; he said that he is looking forward to the new challenges that lie ahead and he will be ably supported throughout by Operations Manager Michael Talbot, Supervisors Stephen Carey and Karen Murphy and company.
