Kerry man faces seven sexual assault charges
A KERRY man is facing seven charges of sexual asault over the course of 2016, a Kerry court has heard this week.
The man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, will come before a court again next month for the book of evidence to be served.
Defence solicitor, Padraig O’Connell, asked for a “gagging order” on the case to prevent identification of either the victim or the defendent.
Judge David Waters ordered that nothing be published to identify the victim or the accused.
The man is charged with seven charges of sexual assault from July to December, 2016.
