Draft fixtures plan for county is released

-

TWO important items were circulated to clubs earlier this week. First clubs were emailed the Draft of the 2019 Fixture Calendar.

Please note this is still only draft and may be changed following meetings with the Hurling Clubs on Wednesday night and a CCC meeting on Thursday.

On Friday next January 11, the Chairman of the CCC hopes to send out the final draft which will then go before the first meeting of the County Committee on Monday, January 21 for ratification.

Anyone with any observations is asked to submit them to the County Secretary before this Thursday.

The second item circulated was the Credit Union County Senior Football League Fixtures for Divisions1,2,3&4.

Division 5 won’t be confirmed until CCC has met with prospective ‘B’ teams.

The CCC will then make a recommendation to the County Committee and the County Committee will make the final decision.
