THE clash of the two heavyweights in this division was a tight affair, but it was Annascaul / Inch United who took the three points and in the process they have leapfrogged Ballymac and are the new table toppers in this division. It was a day to remember for Jason Hickson who scored all three goals for the West Kerry side. Jack O’Shea was the Ballymac scorer.

MASTERGEEHA recorded their first win of the season after overcoming Ballybunion in a good competitive game. Thomas Templeman and Barry O’Leary scored for the winners.

KILMOYLEY’S 100% record came to an end on Sunday when they were held to a draw by Sneem Santos in a scoreless game.
The man of the match for Sneem was their goalie David Ciuciu who made a series of magnificent saves including a penalty kick. This win moves Fenit up to joint third in the table with four games in hand over the leaders.
CS Abbeydorney 4 CG Killarney B 2
CS Abbeydorney put a dent on CG’s title aspirations with a good win at Mounthawk Park on Sunday.
Stevie O’Sullivan (2), Ronan O’Donovan and Shane O’Donovan scored for the winners. Both of CG’s goals were scored by Conor Collins with assists from David McSweeney and Mike Griffin. Their best players on the day were Sam Treharne, Danny Sheehan and Mike Beckett.

CLASSIC FC C collected a valuable three points at Mounthawk Park on Friday night when they inflicted six of the best on Lenamore Rovers. Mike Duggan (2), David O’Connor (2), Denis Cosgrove and Sean Somers scored for Classic.

BALLYHEIGUE Athletic improved their league title prospects with a good win over Lisard Wanderers. Conor Galwey, Adrian Flahive and Padraig Behan scored for the winners while Leo Shalemba and Rafa Nana scored for Lisard.
