VALENTIA COMMUNITY CENTRE

An Open Day will take place at Valentia Gym on Friday, January 11th from 4-9pm. Anyone can come in, try out our new equipment and get fitness advice from Ursula or Shane O’ Connor. Its free and everyone is welcome. The gym is now open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8.30am and on Saturdays from 2-5pm, in addition to the usual hours.

We also have a new 10 pass card available for €50. This can be used at any time, and doesn’t have an expiry date. All of the usual sports-hall activities are back this week after the Christmas break- zumba, badminton, bowls, kids sports club, girls soccer, boys soccer etc.

Anyone wishing to book the sports-hall for a regular weekly slot should ring 087 7918188 to reserve their place.
