Be a step ahead and get the ball rolling now
HOSTING a special party after the church ceremony has grown considerably in recent years which an important milestone in your son or daughter’s spiritual life and a great reason why family and friends should join together to celebrate the occasion. One area which has contributed immensely to this is the number of hotels, restaurants and bars that now offer a first class service aimed at helping families enjoy a stress free day. Many establishments not only offer extensive menus but also great value too.
One of the first things to consider when choosing to dine out for a Communion is the number of guests. This helps in terms of devising a budget and also when booking a venue that best suits. Once you have decided on a venue you can always visit a few days before to work out seating arrangements and perhaps choose a table in an area of the restaurant that suits you. But this is a job that must be done early.
Many establishments have little private niches and quiet sections that afford great privacy for your gathering and by planning early you can get everything just right for the big day. You may even already have the venue picked out; however, if you’re still undecided it’s well worth putting time aside to visit establishments in order to arrive at a decision.
The type of celebration you choose is entirely up to you and your budget. As with everything in life it comes down to personal choice and there is no right or wrong way to celebrate a Communion or Confirmation.
All that’s required is adequate preparation in whatever way it is that you decide to celebrate.
