Rathmore To Rathmore 4K: This is our next event on Saturday March 9th @ 11.30 am. There are prixes at the end of each race and then at the end of our three Spring events there will be overall prize giving.

Couch To 5K: Commencing again in Barradubh on Monday Finisher: Elsie 11th and each Monday and Thursday night at 7.30 pm. It was great to see a number of our couch to 5K people fro Barradubh and Glas/ Taur taking part last Saturday.

Munster Indoors: Our masters were competitng in nenagh on Sunday last. Shelai o’ donoghue O50 1st in 60m, 1st in shot and 2nd W.O.F, Eileen O’ Riordan O45 1st in shot & WOF, Annette O’ Brien O45 1st in 60m, Long Jump and High Jump, Catherine O’ Sullivan 040 22nd in 60m and long jump.
