BINGO lovers can enjoy a fun evening this weekend and not worry about the Covid virus with a drive-in Bingo in Glenbeigh GAA grounds.

It comes following a marathon run in recent weeks to also raise funds for the new development.

This saw club members run various distances at the pitch including joining together to complete the marathon distance in a bid to raise funds for their club.

A Go Fund Me Page for the event online has raised more than €4,000 towards the development.

Following on from this the club are now hosting a different fundraising event with their drive-in bingo.

The bingo event takes place this Friday, August 7 at 7pm and the guaranteed jackpot is €1,500. Gates open at 5pm.

The books can be purchased at the gate and the club have guaranteed a great day evening out for Bingo lovers from the safety of their car.

“We are raising funds for the development of a juvenile pitch,” he explained.

He is asking everyone to come out and support the fundraising event on Friday and support their local club.
