RADIO KERRY CELEBRATE FOR LIFE

We are hugley grateful to all in Radio Kerry for involving us in their event. We were giving a great platform to promote our charity and the works that go on within all the services we support. The four charities involved ourselves, Recovery Haven, Comfort for Chemo and Kerry Cancer Support group got wonderful air time again on Friday in which Radio Kerry gave up the whole day to promote the charities and to date have raised over €53,000.

We once again thank Radio Kerry for involving us in this wonderful event. Also to all who took to the airwaves to promote the Kerry Hospice Foundation we thank you. Finally to you the wonderful people of Kerry and beyond, who yet again have blown us away with your support we thank you.

The support we continue to get from you between donations and organising events has been overwhelming and has been for the past 30 years.

VINTAGE TRACTOR RUN

Abbeydorney Vintage Rally Club were out in full force last weekend. On Saturday they held a tractor run and took to the roads again on Sunday with the cars. A huge amount of tractors and cars took part and this gang has raised huge funds for charities. A huge thank you to all who organised this wonderful event and of course to all who took part and supported in any way we thank you. Well done all looked like two great days.

HONDA 50 RUN

The treasurer of our Tralee branch and volunteer Maura Sullivan is organising a Honda 50 run on the 16th of August. You can sign in between 10.30 and 11.30 and the run will start at 12. They will head around West Kerry and it promises to be a great day out. For more information ring Maura on 0876441566.
