HERITAGE WEEK EVENT

Friends of Waterville Cable Station Art Competition. Complete a painting, drawing, even a 3D model in modelling clay or Lego! and take a photograph or scan of the finished item. Photographs you’ve taken reflecting Waterville’s cable heritage are also welcome as submissions. Image must relate in some way to Waterville Cable Station or the theme of telecommunication. Submissions from all ages accepted. You may submit more than one image Submit as jpg image via private message using facebook or facebook messenger to Friends of Waterville Cable Station.

All submissions must be received by 6pm on 15th August. All appropriate submissions will be published online as part of an online montage/video. By submitting an item for the Friends of Waterville Cable Station National Heritage Week project you agree to the publication of your submission on 1) Friends of Waterville Cable Station Facebook page and 2)These posts may then be shared to other social media accounts or websites. Friends of Waterville Cable Station decision on what material to include in the publication is final. You must not trespass on to private property to carry out your photography or to research for this project. Get those cameras out and get snapping! Grab your sketchbook and pencils!
