AGMs resched­uled for Sun­day

There was no win­ner of our Club Lotto Jack­pot on Sun­day night last. The num­bers drawn were 17, 18, 23 & 26. The five €30 con­so­la­tion prizes went to De­nis Fo­ley Blen­nerville, Con O Shea Cur­ra­heen, Pa­trick Dil­lane Cla­hane, Der­mot Su­grue Tonevane and Mairead Com­mane c/o Mono Ryle.

Next week’s Lotto will have a Jack­pot of €3,600 and the draw will take place on Sun­day night Dec 09th in O’Dwyer’s Bar. Lotto tick­ets can be pur­chased on­line, from any club of­fi­cer or at the fol­low­ing out­lets: Sea­mus O’Sul­li­van Mas­ter Butch­ers, O’Sheas Shop and Ser­vice Sta­tion, Poff Mo­tors, Noyeks, Byrnesworth, Rock Inn, Dwyer’s Bar, Skelper Quanes, Bet­tys Bar and Keane’s of Cur­ra­heen.


Both AGMs ear­lier sched­uled for the 2nd will now take place a week later on Sun­day, the 9th due to var­i­ous clashes (2pm for Ju­ve­nile AGM and 3pm for the se­nior AGM). Apolo­gies for the in­con­ve­nience this may cause.


Scór na nÓg took place in Na Gaeil last Satur­day evening. It was a great evening of en­ter­tain­ment where St Pat’s had en­tries in Mu­sic, bal­lad group, solo singing and nov­elty act. Well done to Oisín Gal­lagher, Or­laith Mur­phy, Keelin En­right, Sarah Brett, Siob­hán and Caoimhe o Sul­li­van, Ciara and Sean Fitzgib­bon, Rachel Mul­grew and Danny Gre­aney on all your hard work and ded­i­ca­tion. Con­grat­u­la­tions to our bal­lad group and mu­sic group who go for­ward to the County Fi­nal in Kil­lar­ney Race Course on Satur­day 15th Dec at 2pm. Go n-éirí libh.


Cur­ra­heen Com­mu­nity presents Christ­mas con­cert in Blen­nerville School Hall on Sun­day De­cem­ber 9th from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Tick­ets €10 avail­able from St John’s Parish Cen­tre and from all com­mit­tee mem­bers.


Con­grat­u­la­tions to our own Tadhg O’Hal­lo­ran, who was re-elected as Vice Chair­man of Coiste na nOg Chiar­rai for the 4th year in suc­ces­sion at their AGM in Tralee, last week.
