LOCAL FARMERS PROTEST

Leitrim, North Sligo and West Cavan farmers were among over 200 members of the Irish Natura and Hill Farmers Association, who protested on Tuesday week last at the Department of Agriculture offices in Davitt House Castlebar over the continued delay in payments of GLAS grants to over 9,000 farmers.
