PHOTO COMPETITION

Dromore West Village Enhancement Committee is launching a photo competition. We are looking for seasonal shots of the landscape, nature/ wildlife or built structures in the Dromore West and surrounding areas.

This competition is open to everyone in the community, novice photographers, and professionals, old and young. If you have a nice photo to share from the past or the present – we want to see it.

Once photos are submitted, there will be a public vote on each season through our Facebook page with 12 coveted spots up for grabs in the 2018 Dromore West Calendar. We are now taking submissions for the winter season shots and the closing date Tuesday, February 28. All submitted photos will then be uploaded to our Facebook page and open to a public vote to choose the top three favourite photos. These three photos will then be published on three months of the calendar. If this is something that ‘ captures’ your attention, please send your pictures tophotos@ dromorewest. ie.
