CLOONACOOL PLAYERS

The Cloonacool Players will stage Jimmy Keary’s hilarious comedy, ‘ Mother Knows Best’ on the February 24, 25 and 26 in Cloonacool Community Centre at 8 p. m. each night.

Casting Margaret McIntyre, Peadar Conway, Martin McIntyre, John McIntyre, Mary Kathleen Johnson, Mary Kane, Geraldine Lundy, Bríd Calvey and welcoming our new members Mr Liam Kavanagh and Ms Lisa Maloney. Under the direction of Seán Walsh this is a show that will brighten your day and send you home laughing. Mark the dates in your Diary. One not to be missed.

COMMUNITY PARK DRAW

The Community Park draw for February was hosted by Brennan’s on Saturday night last. First prize of € 200 went to Cloonacool Church, € 100 was won by Hughie Marren and € 50 each was won by Tom and Brid Calvey and Paddy o Hara. Consolation prizes went to David Mullarkey, Frank Durcan, William Henry and Breda and Fergus Brennan. Congratulations to all our winners and many thanks for your continued support.
