IT may be a small, rural club, but Castleconnor GAA club is alive and well, with a bustling underage programme helping to hone the skills of the next generation of footballers for the west Sligo parish.
Through hard work and diligence, Castleconnor runs a vibrant underage programme throughout the year in both football and hurling, with the development of skills paramount.
“We have football and then hurling up until U- 14,” says Phillip McAloon, Castleconnor’s coaching officer.
“One of the big things for us at this time of
